If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
1. Check with neighbors, your building office, or locker.
2. Contact the courier directly to verify delivery details.
3. If you purchased shipping insurance, you must contact your insurance provider to file a claim within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date.
- Insurance providers strictly enforce this 7-day claim window, and no extensions are available.
- Claims filed after this period will be denied, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements for expired insurance claims.
