Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN PERIOD

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and with tags attached.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please email support@cherrykitten.com within 30 days.
Include photos of the item and packaging — we’ll quickly investigate and send a replacement or prepaid return label.

RETURN SHIPPING

NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate wear, swimwear, underwear, socks
  • Customized products

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for banks or card processors to post the credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancel within 24 hours → full refund.
  • Cancel after 24 hours but before shipment → 10% processing fee.
  • We cannot cancel orders once they’ve shipped.

EU CUSTOMERS

Orders delivered within the EU have a 14‑day cooling‑off period under EU law.
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
